To ensure a more comfortable and seamless experience during your stay, we operate under specific terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before booking. Any responsibility arising from a violation after booking will be borne by the guest.
- Capacity & Rates · Based on 3 guests per room, up to 6 guests per room are allowed. (Children under 36 months stay free of charge)
- Additional guests: KRW 30,000 on weekdays / KRW 40,000 on weekends per person.
- Check-in & Check-out · Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
- No Smoking in Rooms · All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
- A fine or additional cleaning fee may be charged for smoking due to fire and safety concerns.
- Fire & Safety · Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited.
- The use of any heating appliances (portable gas burners, rice cookers, candles, etc.) is not allowed.
- Amenities & Facilities · All in-room amenities are provided for guest use only and may not be removed from the property.
- Damage to facilities (including the pool) or amenities will result in a charge for the actual repair cost.
- Pool & Facility Use · Please follow the operating hours and safety rules at all times.
- Swimming after drinking alcohol is prohibited, and the hotel is not responsible for any accidents.
- Bath additives or similar substances are not allowed in the pool.
- Valuables Storage · Please store all valuables in the in-room safe.
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft.
- Notice · Pets are not allowed. Minors are not permitted to stay, and if found, they will be asked to leave without a refund. Any resulting damages may be charged to the guest.
- Guests are responsible for any costs related to accidents or damage to property.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy · Please refer to the Naver refund policy.
- Free cancellation and full refund are available up to 11 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in are subject to a variable cancellation fee.
